Car insurance renewal quote, which still bothers me because the previous year to this it was £270~

Thankfully have already been through every comparison site and got £382 with Aviva Zero (no idea of the difference with that and just Aviva) so will give mine a call tomorrow and ask if they can get anywhere near and save me the hassle of switching

Any advice from insurancey people before i make that call?
